Parents as Educational Partners (PEP)

What is PEP?

Parents as Educational Partners or PEP is a free program that parents can attend and learn about the school system. PEP classes are designed to increase English Learners (EL) parents' knowledge about the NNPS school system while deepening their understanding of ways they can help their children success in school.

PEP Topics

Topics discussed include School Personnel and the School Day, School Procedures, Credits/College information, School Academics, School Health and Procedures, Parental rights, Fire Safety and more.

We have had many special appearances by School Board Members, Assistant Principals, School Guidance Counselors, Attendance Officers, CPS Worker, Graduation Coaches, ESL Teachers, and Fire Department personnel.
