School Leadership
School Leadership is committed to supporting our schools and their leaders to help every student graduate college, career and citizen-ready. The Chief Schools Officer provides vital leadership and guidance to all school administrators, leading a continuous improvement process that aligns with the mission and strategic goals of the division. Our focus is on ensuring significant progress in student learning at every school while creating a positive environment where all students can thrive.
Elementary School Leadership
Elementary school focuses on the basic skills that students need in the early years as they learn how to learn. School Leadership works on enhancing elementary school-based leadership for instructional improvement by assisting administrators in creating and monitoring improvement plans, evaluating teaching staff, and ensuring effective assessment practices to track student progress.
