NNPS K-2 Building Character Book ClubNNPS K-2 Building Character Book Club

As a way to support student's social emotional and literacy development beyond the classroom, a book will come home each month focusing on a social emotional topic such as frustration, fear, and worry. A QR code on the inside cover of each book will give you quick access to an online resource containing quick and easy activities that can be done throughout the month. The activities focus on early literacy skills and social emotional development and are designed to take place during the normal rhythms of the day (morning time, car time, meal time, and nighttime).

We hope that you will enjoy reading these books and engaging in meaningful conversations with your child. Share your Building Character Book Club experiences with us on social media by using the hashtag #NNPSFamilyBookClub. We would love to see families using these resources in action!
